Since 1981, the companies of The CT Group have provided quality asset and property management services for owners of affordable/moderate income rental housing. Its management portfolio extends down the Eastern Seaboard from Pennsylvania to Florida and as far west as Kentucky and Ohio.

Lighthouse DC

LightHouse DC’s Home Furnishing Program helps individuals and families by providing and delivering donated furniture and home goods, turning empty spaces into safe, functional homes.

Partnering with over 50 nonprofit and government organizations, LightHouse DC also supports the residents of Lincoln Westmoreland Housing, helping create a stable environment.

InnerCity Collaborative Community Development Corporation

InnerCity supports returning citizens, court involved youth, and families in the Washington DC area. Their programs focus on mentoring, job development, transitional housing, substance abuse counseling, and other aimed at reducing recidivism and empowering the community.
